How Artemedy works

From a brief to a booked collaboration. What Artemedy does at each step, what stays in your hands, and what this prototype simulates.

From brief to booked, in five steps.

The order never changes, and neither do the two rules inside it: you approve every invitation, and a creator is only considered once they agree to be.

  1. Step 1: Brief

Describe the campaign once: who it is for, where, on which platforms, what each creator makes, the budget and the limits.

    Brief complete
  2. Step 2: Discover

Artemedy ranks creators by fit for this brief and explains every place in the ranking.

    8 recommended
  3. Step 3: Invite

Artemedy drafts a personal invitation for each creator. You edit and approve it; nothing goes out without you.

    Ready for approval
  4. Step 4: Match

Creators who say yes and finish onboarding are matched against your requirements, side by side.

    Eligible for matching
  5. Step 5: Collaborate

Agree terms with every cost visible, then track the work through to delivery.

    Terms accepted

1. Brief

Artemedy
Checks the brief is complete and reads it for signals: categories, audience, countries, platforms, size, deliverables, budget per creator and content limits.
You decide
Everything in the brief, and you can change it at any time. Matching scores update when you do.
Data used
Only what you enter.
In this prototype
Fully working. Drafts save in your browser.

2. Discover

Artemedy
Finds candidates from approved sources, filters out creators on the wrong platforms, far outside your size range, booked for your dates or posting content you excluded, then scores the rest.
You decide
Who to shortlist. Recommendations are suggestions with reasons, never decisions.
Data used
Creator profiles: public estimates, or creator-shared insights when the creator connected an account.
In this prototype
Simulated on 24 sample creators, in your browser.

3. Invite

Artemedy
Drafts a personal invitation for each creator from your brief and their profile: why them, the campaign, the ask, a fee within your budget or a request for their rates.
You decide
The words, the fee, and whether it goes at all. Nothing is sent without your approval.
Data used
Your brief and the creator’s profile.
In this prototype
Drafting and approval work. Delivery is simulated; no email is sent.

4. Match

Artemedy
Records each creator’s answer. Those who say yes finish onboarding, then appear as ready to match, ranked against your requirements.
You decide
Who you select, and the terms you offer.
Data used
Consent records, onboarding status, confirmed rates.
In this prototype
Working, across the brand and creator demos.

5. Collaborate

Artemedy
Shows the creator fee, Artemedy’s commission and your remaining budget before you send terms; the creator accepts or asks for changes.
You decide
The final terms, together with the creator.
Data used
Offers and their status.
In this prototype
Terms and fees work. Payments are planned and never processed here.

Outreach statuses

Not every creator passes through every status. Most stay at “recommended”; some decline; some ask a question first. A creator can only be matched after they agree to be considered and finish onboarding.

How fit is calculated

Fit is a relevance estimate for one brief, from 0 to 100. It is the sum of nine weighted factors, each scored from the brief and the creator’s profile, plus a few documented adjustments. The same inputs always give the same score. It says nothing about the quality of a creator’s work.

FactorWeightHow it is scored
Niche relevance24Full points when the creator's main niche is your industry; less when it is another of your categories, a secondary niche, or only adjacent.
Audience location16Share of the creator's audience in your target countries. 90% or more scores in full. Estimated audiences count at 90%.
Audience age14Share of the creator's audience inside your target ages. 80% or more scores in full. Estimated audiences count at 90%.
Budget fit12Estimated cost of your deliverables against your per-creator budget, Artemedy's fee included.
Platform fit10Whether the creator publishes on every platform the brief asks for.
Content style8Overlap between the brief's preferred styles and the creator's usual formats.
Engagement quality6Sample engagement rate compared with a typical rate for accounts of that size.
Audience size5Whether the main account sits inside your follower range.
Brand safety5Brand-safety review status and any content your brief excludes.
  • Estimated audience figures count at 90% until the creator shares first-party insights.
  • Limited availability -4, booked -15; a niche outside your categories -20; under 15% of the audience in your countries -15.
  • Creators whose content includes something you excluded are set aside before scoring, with the reason shown.

Simulated The prototype computes this in your browser. A live service would keep the same explainable factors.

Bring a brief. Leave with a shortlist.

Walk the whole journey in the demo: write a brief, run discovery, approve an invitation, then answer it as the creator.
